Young Enterprise 2013 is launching at UEA on Wednesday 9 October. If you’ve always wanted to be your own boss, or wondered if running a business would be right for you, then come along to the launch to find out more.
Young Enterprise is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience of running a business. In teams, you will work together to develop your own start-up company with assistance from the Young Enterprise network and business consultants. This offers you the chance to develop your entrepreneurial skills, expand your understanding of the practicalities and challenges of running a business, and enhance your employability.
You’ll become a director and shareholder in your company alongside fellow students, working together to raise finance, carry out market research, develop an idea and create a business plan, market your service or product, trade with the public and take part in national competitions.
Come along to the launch at 5pm on Wednesday 9 October in Queens 1.04 – you can attend on your own or with friends. No need to book, just turn up.
