First Bus Improving with students in mind

Following a meeting with The Union of UEA Students, the local management team from First Bus in Norwich have announced Focus Group meetings with students to discuss the local bus service.

The current First Bus UEA services (Blue Line 25/25A/X25) operate at circa 95% punctuality, and all vehicles are fitted with CCTV and satellite tracking system, so the local response team can accurately investigate any early or late running allegations.

“I am pleased we are able to expand our existing partnership with UEA. It is so important to act on passenger feedback; our link with The Union of UEA Students should assist us in improving our services where possible, and help us to better understand to what the students are telling us.
